Joseph Thomas Sheridan Le Fanu was an Irish writer of Gothic novels, one of the most influential ghost story writers of the nineteenth century. It tells the story of a girl named Laura, whose life path intersects with a female vampire Camilla. Gradually, their relationship grows into a friendship, but Carmilla's true nature gradually becomes more and more obvious.
